Polyurethane Cushions

Star Cushion

The STAR aircell cushion is a recent addition to the Mr Wheelchair product range.  The unique interlock model gives the cushion increased stability.  In the case of a puncture the risk of developing a pressure sore is significantly decreased as the damaged cell can be isolated until one is able to repair it. (includes a black cover)

Infinity Gel Cushion

  • The INFINITY gel cushion provides protection to those areas most likely to develop pressure sores.

  • The gel pad is positioned within 2 types of memory foam, contoured to provide comfort and correct pelvic support.

  • The cushion comes standard with an elastic waterproof cover and being lightweight, is ideal for active individuals.

125 mm Tube Mattress with pump

  • For home or hospital use.

  • Heavy duty pump with 125mm canvas single bed mattress for bed-ridden patients.

  • Cells alternate continuously for 24 hours, decreasing the danger of pressure sores.

  • Individual cells can be replaced.

Ripple Mattress with Pump

  • Single bed only.

  • PVC mattress with pump (for home use)

  • Mattress's continuous alternating motion decreases the need to turn patients very often, thus preventing pressure sores.

  • Can be kept running for 24h.

Vicair

  • Pressure relief in seating and positioning.

  • Uses air technology that adapts to body contours in very slow manner.

  • Consists of 5 compartments, each filled with Vicair patented air-filled SmartCells of which density can be adjusted according to users needs
